Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we will reschedule your flight to the next available day at no extra cost. If you cannot stay, we offer a full refund.

Standard flights last 45-60 minutes, Comfort flights 60-75 minutes, and Private flights 60-90 minutes. The total experience (including transfers, breakfast, and celebration) is about 4 hours.

You can book online or via WhatsApp. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your flight. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

During peak season (May-October), we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead. In shoulder season (April, November), a few days is usually sufficient. Book early for the best date selection, especially for Private flights and special occasions.

What happens if I arrive late for my balloon flight?

Balloon flights are time-sensitive — they must depart at sunrise when wind conditions are calmest. If you miss your hotel pickup, please call us immediately. We may be able to arrange transport to the launch site, but we cannot delay the flight for individual guests.
